I. Sanitary Hygiene Standards

Due to the hygienic nature of concentrated perfume oils and topical cosmetic applications, products that have had their tamper-evident security seals broken, bottles decanted, or atomizers primed cannot be returned for resale under United Arab Emirates health regulations.

II. 14-Day Return Window (Unopened Flacons)

You may request a return or exchange for any standard catalog item within 14 calendar days of parcel receipt, provided:

• The item remains in pristine, original condition with the security seal completely intact.
• The presentation box, velvet pouch, and documentation are enclosed.
• The proof of purchase or order confirmation number is supplied.

III. Damaged or Defective Consignments

If your parcel arrives with transit leakage, glass fractures, or atomizer defects, notify our concierge within 48 hours of delivery. Upon receipt of photographic verification, we will immediately dispatch an expedited replacement bottle at zero additional shipping expense or issue a full refund.

IV. Sample Packs & Custom Compounding

Personalized 10-piece discovery sample sets and bespoke custom formulation orders compounded individually to patron specifications are strictly non-refundable and exempt from returns once compounded and dispatched.

V. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved returns are inspected at our Deira atelier within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds are released automatically to your original credit card or bank account and typically settle within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
