II. Product Concentrates & Variations
Our products comprise concentrated fragrance oils, natural distillates, vintage Dehn Al Oud, and pure attars. Because these formulations are compounded from natural harvests and raw olfactory resins, slight variations in natural hue and density may occur across harvest years. All concentrations are sold by exact metric volume or gram weight as detailed on the product specification.
III. Pricing & Currency Settlement
Base prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable local Value Added Tax (VAT) where required. Currency conversions displayed on the storefront are informational approximations; card billing will settle in AED or your cardholder bank currency at prevailing settlement exchange rates.
IV. Order Verification & Acceptance
Receipt of an order number does not constitute conclusive acceptance. Raees Al Oudh reserves the right to decline or cancel consignments exhibiting suspected payment fraud, quantity hoarding, or incorrect pricing configurations. In any such instance, full refunds are promptly credited to the original payment source.
V. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, bottle designs, calligraphy emblems, photography, and fragrance pyramid breakdowns published on this domain are the intellectual property of Raees Al Oudh and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
VI. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed in all respects by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising from transactions conducted on this website fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
